I booked Air India tickets on *st-Dec-**** and due to some reason I cancelled it after * hours. Since then I am following up with Air India for refund but I have not received any response to my email from Air India neither my calls has been received. Its too much painful to followup with Air India who doesn't even have the courtesy to acknowledge and process the refund.
