I booked my bus ticket from delhi to nanital on ** nov **** . Bus ticket confirmatiin mail is given to me but when i reached my arrival point and call to bus operator he told me that no ticket was there from yatra .com.
i put a mail to yatra .com regarding this but no reply given from this side.
i am still waiting for my refund amount.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
