- Money debited twice for CCU to SFO tickets Open

I am writing in reference to Case ID: ******** raised with Air India regarding a recent issue with my booking referenced under POI**T.
On February *st, I rescheduled my flight for CCU to SFO for both passengers, resulting in a payment of Rs. **,*** to cover the fare difference. However, on February *th, an inadvertent error occurred on Air India's end, leading to a refund of Rs. **,*** being mistakenly credited back to my account, as confirmed by Air India.
Subsequently, Air India requested that I re-initiate the payment and provided a new payment link, which I duly complied with on February *th.
Unfortunately, despite these corrective actions, my account was debited again for Rs. **,*** on February **th by Air India. Upon contacting my bank, it was verified that Air India indeed processed this duplicate transaction, prompting me to raise a dispute with my bank. The disputed transaction details are as follows:

Despite requesting Air India's prompt attention to confirm and rectify this incorrect transaction, and to liaise with the bank to initiate its reversal, they have been unrrsponsive regarding this issue and have still not refunded me the money back since over ** days.
