I have been facing blue screen issue on my laptop since * months now. I have talking to Dell customer care and @Dellcares on twitter. I have reinstalled the os system twice and performed every step possible they asked me to. They are repeatedly telling the same things again and again and wasting my time and effort. I am a second year college student who has her exams and isn't able to work.
