I have purchased a Samsung M** mobile on **.**.**** through Amazon , from the last week of September iam facing problem with my mobile handset, the problem which I have been facing is mobile auto restart . I have however approached local service center several times ,even how the problem is not resolved . I have spoken with samsung Ho people also ,but they are telling that the mobile is ok and no problem was found when they tested. But when I am using the mobile i am facing restart issues and I have been recorded in the form of video for an evidence or proof , i have submitted them to samsung also ,but they are not considering them for refund or replacement of my mobile. I pleased them for replacement at least as the mobile is only * months old when the issue is reported to them initially. Now after troubling me for almost * months and also they created me mental loss to me ,for which i am asking for a refund of ***** for mobile and a compensation of Rs ***** for mental strain for * months . I here with submit you all the supporting documents and media files for your kind reference.
