- Misleading customer at service centre Closed

My mi note * phone doesn't support the Sims I had, bcz of this network issue was there.
I went to Mi centre located at building no F *** Bhajanpura, Delhi **, on **th June, and explained my problm to which they filed freezing issue and when I asked about that they told me the phone needs to be checked and data will be erased ,and kept me waiting for * hours,after that I got my phone without any correction , to which they said try to update your phone and change sim. I tried that but no satisfactory result was there ....next day ie on **th June I again went to the centre they kept me waiting from **:** to *:** by giving different reasons one after another and asking the issue again and again
I really felt mentally humiliated and they waisted a lot of my precious time.
I just want to say MI service centre are for helping customers?????or for harassing customers ?????
The worst part even after all this my issue is still unresolved.
