I had purchased mi tv last yr in may **** from flipkart. Exactly after one year it stopped working. We are contacting mi service centre customer care since past one and a half month. Everytime they ask us to wait for one week and dont send any technician home. Wr have already called them some * times in last one month they are not ready to send any technician to repair it. We had taken * yr extended warranty for the product from flipkart . Flipkart is not taking any responsibility n want us to keep contacting mi service. Even after knowing the product is within warranty period they have refused to provide service. Please help us file legal complaint against them
