I heard purchased MI TV ** inch from Vijay sales on **th Nov ****. It was working properly till **th Jan ****. On **th Jan **** suddenly it stopped working. It was showing blank screen. I have launched a complaint regarding this to MI service center. After lot of struggle the technical guy resolved the issue and he said it won't happen again. From the moth of April **** till today I'm facing the same issue. I have tried to call the customer care service but they are not responding to my call. I would request if you can help me with this as I'm frustrated from this.
