On **.**.****, self has booked OYO hotel for Chandigarh by paying Rs. *** through PAYPAL & booking ID: WYAD****. The duration of our stay was **.**.** to **.**.** (one night).Transaction ID of this booking: **W*****BG******D.
On **.**.****, self has booked another OYO hotel for Chandigarh by paying Rs. ***** through PAYPAL & booking ID: HUXD****. The duration of our stay was **.**.** to **.**.** (Three nights). Transaction ID of this booking: *T******VY******B.
Due to starting of spreading of Covid-** disease over country, self has cancelled above two booking on **.**.** over the phone to OYO customer care & got confirmatory email from them about my cancellation with full refunding of advance payment as I made, in line with their cancellation policy.
After cancellation, self has made number of communications with OYO over the phone & email, but still to-date, they have not refunded my advance amount. However, they have accepted my legitimate claim. As advised by them, self has updated another bank account details to OYO on **.**.** for better transaction, but would not get back the refunding amount. As of today, total amount of refund is Rs. (***** + ***) = Rs. ***** from OYO. Please help in this matter.
