- Jio Giga fibre not refunding the security amount even after disconnection. Open
On the unfortunate day of *th July ****, I decided to switch from Airtel broadband services to Jio Giga fibre & paid Rs. **** to Jio Giga Fiber executive as he told me that the company has reduced the security amount from Rs **** to rs **** (which was actually a lie as I came to know about it later). Jio giga fibre installation was done at my home on **th July. Since then, started the journey of problems for me as the speed was pathetic. I called the customer care many times & some engineer visited my home, but the speed in fact decreased to around * Mbps (many a times). And these people are claiming speed of *** Mbps.
I called up the Customer care again and their engineer visited me again, but of no use. Finally on ** July I decided that I would get Jio fiber disconnected. I wrote them a mail requesting disconnection & refund of my security of Rs ****: I called up the customer care no also requesting the same. But the disconnection was not that easy. I made many calls and wrote the mail again. Finally my services were temporarily suspended on *th August ****!!! But, I had never applied for temporary suspension of internet services. instead I had requested for disconnection of my Jio giga fibre connection & refund of my security of Rs ****. I again requested them on customer care and wrote mails also, but to no avail. I am still waiting for refund of security amount.
