Hi,
I purchased a jegging from myntra that was delivered to me on **th June ****. But it was not worth the product. So I create a return request for that item. But when the pickup boy come for the pick up the item he said that it was used item and i said i never used it. I received it in the same condition then he said that do a mail to myntra and when you got approval i will take it. So i mailed myntra but they denied to return it. I again do a requesto for reinvestigate and they again denied. Even i do the complain in the nation consumer helpline then also they denied.
