Swiggy - Replacement not done properly

I ordered rasgulla but I don't know how it got changed to ledikini and then when I received the order I thought of keeping it but the smell of the food was very bad and taste was also substandard so I thought of replacing it but what did I get in exchange was two rasgulla for which I had to pay cash ₹**.they took back the container of ledikini and refused to compensate for the balance.And for the ₹** that I had paid they said they will add ₹** voucher which they did not do.

Swiggy – Refund not initiating for wrong order delivered Closed
I ordered butter chicken but instead was provided with laal maas , i requested for refund , but was rejected, and without giving me an explanation they closed by query ,. That was really rude.
