- Installation has not been done since 2 month Closed
I have taken a connection on **th of May ****, They have given the time of ** days for the installation. but it was not fulfilled as said. I had done the all possible followups with salesperson, customer care team almost ** to ** calls then I had sent an email to support team and local team for the installation. but I'm not getting support from anywhere, fed up with all those things. Coz of this I have disconnected my Airtel connection. Now they are torturing like anything. Now they are saying that It's pending due to unavoidable reason. What nonsense is this?
