With reference to my dicscussion held with go ibibo customer care executive..my issue still not resolved and i am expecting it should close as soon as possible.
Details are as below:
I have booked an hotel booking for date **th july ****.
At that time one offer was shown for free hotel room upgradation from deluxe *x to upper category. I opted for it at same time but no changes were reflected in my booking. Same deluxe *x category was showing.
And today when I tried to cancel my room booking with offer of free cncellation till checkin time. Refund amount was shown zero.
As I am a platinum customer and having some benifits to avail. But did not get none of them.
Same i had explained to your team.
I am sharing some screen shots also herewith this e mail.
I am continuously calling goibibo team for refund of my amount but they are not responding properly.
This is not the right way to treat with customers.
