Jalees filed complaint against UBER on Nov 9, 2019
I have been associated with uber as a driver for last * years
Dt. I got a ride from uber user for Haridwar to Sonipat on **-**-****
at **.**pm. When I dropped the clien at sonipat end the ride the bill
was ****/- shown on my meter but on the other hand different bill was
shown by in client mobile application before ending the ride when the
ride was completed similar bills were showing in our (clients mobile application &
in my meter) but client denied to pay the acctual amount only he paid Rs.****/- which
was showing before ending the ride to rider. So I have requested to Uber many times
that please credit the remaing amount in my account and debit his client account.
But they are not responding at all and uber was charging an additional commision for that
ride to my account.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
