- Driver refused to drop me to my destination still Uber charged me for the ride Open

I had booked an uber on *th November **** at Around * ** pm at Mumbai domestic airport. Driver came at the pick up point and me along with my wife and son sat in the cab. Then driver refused to drop us at given destination saying his cab has some issues and he can't drop us to the destination. I called on the emergency department to make a complaint against the driver but they also asked me to find another cab and said you will not require to pay anything for this ride. When i got down from the cab it showed me that i was charged for just sitting in the non moving car for ***.** rupees. When I tried booking next ride as it was very late in the night it showed me that you can not book another ride without paying the ***.** rupees amount. I had to book a cab as it was late night and my *yrs old son was with me . So i selected the option of paying this ***.** rs to next driver and spoke the emergency person from uber. He said it will be refunded. I completed the next ride and i paid this extra amount to the driver. Immediately i went to the help and filed a complaint on uber app. Till date i have no clue what has happened to my complaint. There is no other customer care no. which seems to be active. I want to file a complaint against uber for robbing me with my money and harrassing me. I want the refund of ***.** rs plus ***.** times of the extra amount paid for the ride for mentally harrassing me and my family. I request you to please resolve the issue.
