- Charged for a trip that I didn't take Closed
I booked an Uber auto to travel to a place that was * km away. However, when I was assigned a driver the driver automatically started the trip without me. Furthermore, I called him and he said that he is coming to me asap. However, he drove away from the pickup location to someplace and ended the trip. I was charged Rs. *** for a service that I never consumed. The Uber people said they cannot resolve the issue because I never cancelled the trip. They are as incompetent as the drivers.
