I have bought a MacBook Pro (**-inch, ****, Two Thunderbolt * ports) in Jun ****. This (Dec ****) month my laptop had OS booting problem. I have taken it to apple service center they told me this model has SSD issue and I can refer this in apple service program portal but unfortunately my serial number not eligible for service program and they told me to check with apple care regarding this. I talked with apple support but they didn't given the answer why my device is not eligible for service program. The service program clearly says the program covers affected MacBook Pro models for * years after the first retail sale of the unit (https://support.apple.com/en-in/**-inch-macbook-pro-solid-state-drive-service). I strongly believe this is a defective MacBook Pro sold by apple to me and they are responsible to get the SSD fixed as mentioned in their service program.
