I am writing to you regarding the persistent temperature issue I am facing with my iPhone **, as mentioned in my case ID ************. Despite reaching out to your technical team multiple times and visiting the service center, I have not received any satisfactory resolution to my problem.

I have been facing this issue for the past two months, and in the last ** days, the charging is going on hold at **% due to the phone's temperature. I have used all original Apple accessories for charging, and each time I call your customer support, I receive different resolutions, which has led to no solution.

On March *st, your technical team advised me to visit the service center, which is *** km from my village. Despite the distance and cost, I traveled there with the hope that my mobile issue would be resolved. However, the technician only performed a hard reset on my iPhone, and now I am facing the same issue on a daily basis.

As a student, it is difficult for me to travel to the service center again and again. I have already lodged a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline, and the grievance number is *******. I am entitled to consumer law rights and, as a consumer, I should not be facing these issues for such an extended period.

If the only option is to visit the service center again, I request that you cover the cost of my travel since I have already traveled once, and my issue remains unresolved due to your negligence. Alternatively, please provide me with a replacement or a refund for my iPhone **.

I am deeply disappointed that a brand like Apple, which has built a reputation for providing excellent customer service, has failed to address my concerns adequately. I hope you will take swift action to resolve this issue and restore my faith in your brand.
