I contacted Labbaik Umrah for performing Umrah from * November to ** November ****. The tour operator and confirmed me the package and I deposited Rs ***** to the company. Before some days of Umrah, the operator started delaying the dates till I have to cancel my Umrah plan. Now they promised me the refund for the **,*** Rs deposited by me as the visa could'nt be made. Its been several days that I have been calling their New Delhi Office (Unit No FF*, TDI Centre, Jasola, New Delhi, Delhi ******) and they have been disconnecting my calls. I also went to their office and they refused the payment citing technical error and noted down my account details. But there has been no response whatsoever.
I have been mentally tortured by this company as they are in no way ready to refund my deposited money.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
