- Airline Credit in Yatra not available for booking Closed
I had booked on an Indigo flight (FDZEUL) during the Covid period (for me and my wife)which got cancelled by the Airline. As per DGCA ruling and the airline commitment, the amount is to be available in the credit shell for rebooking.
The Yatra portal shows the option of "Book using airline Credit" as shown below but on clicking the same, i get the pop up which does not allow me to utilize the same for re-booking with the advice to apply for refund where yatra would deduct the convenience fee for both again and it could take many days before i get the refund.
It is such a pain when you have waited for so long to be able to travel again to your hometown only to be disappointed by the agency.
I demand an immediate credit of the amount in the yatra wallet or to make the credit shell available for re-scheduling.
