1. Contact Automobile Company:
First and foremost the consumer should try to contact the Car Dealer or Bike Dealer in case of any issues in the vehicle. However, in some cases it has been seen that the Automobile companies refuse to cooperate with the customer especially in cases such as Car damage due to service center, engine leakage, battery issue, starting trouble, car warranty etc.
So how can a consumer file a complaint against an automobile company in such cases? Firstly you should talk to the manager of the particular showroom and try to understand your options. If you feel that they are being reasonable you should try and settle the case.
2. Send a Legal Notice:
However, if you feel that they are totally at fault and are unwilling to offer any compensation, repairs or resolution to you, then you can take a legal action against them by sending them a Legal Notice. You should contact a lawyer for drafting or sending a legal notice to automobile company. A well drafted notice by a professional lawyer has gravity.
3. File a Consumer Case:
If you do not hear back from your automobile company after sending a legal notice then you should approach Consumer forum for getting resolution in your case.
