Nath Motors Pvt Ltd - Delay in providing newly purchased vehicle documents

I am writing this formally to bring into your concern in this matter as I am highly impacted and it's making a lot of inconvenience in my daily routine and made me mentally disturbed. So I am hoping for a positive revert. Let me highlight a few major points regarding my permanent registration which is currently impacting highly.
*) I have purchase Honda-Amaze on December *, ****, and I have paid full registration amount that is: **,***.**
*) It's been more than * months I didn't receive my registration yet while I have paid the full amount on time without any delay (Registration receipt attached for reference).
*) I have also provided all of the required documents. So there is nothing pending from my side.
*) As a matter of fact, I came to know from some sources that recently the dealer from which I have purchased Honda-Amaze (Delight Honda) has faced raid and running through some high financial crisis. In fact, their dealership is about to cancel.
*) If Dealer is running through this situation, in that case, the customer is not liable to face any such consequences.
Few SPOCs who are continuously promising me but not providing any positive outcome.

I am following up in this matter since last * months, Now they don't pick calls and don't reply to my message. Now my temporary number also expired from which I might have to face penalty amount also onwards on running the vehicle. I request consumer officials please intervene in this matter. I am following up in this matter since last * weeks but I don't have any fruitful solution. So I request kindly consider this matter as a critical concern as a big amount of registration cost involved.
