For the last * days have been taking an uber to and fro the vet for my pet..
And the experience has been HARRRRRROWING to put it mildly.
Every SINGLE time - the drivers call to ask the destination despite being a rental booking.
And yesterday was the limit.
The man decided he doesn't want to travel with the rabbit. Dropped me off a did not even cancel the trip.
AND NOW UBER HAS THE AUDACITY TO CHRGE ME *** BUCKS FOR THIS EXPERIENCE.
And did I mention - he called before coming to ask if I was carrying a murthi of godess or not. Wow this kind of religious discrimination in today's environment. Are you sure the Uber brand can handle this?
Oh also - the SECURITY NUMBER YOU HAVE ON THE APP - WHEN DIALLED SAYS THE NUMBER IS NOT VALID. how does Uber plan on securing my safety in case the issue arose???????
This has gone beyond acceptable standards. This has to be taken up legally. Social media bashing doesn't affect these brands.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
