UBER - Uber is asking for more money after I paid the full trip amount

I travelled in uber on april **rd from calicut to coimbatore,uber charged me **** for the trip,but when I asked for the trip receipt they said I need to pay **** ,there is an issue in the app and it shows wrong information,i send them the gpay screenshot of me paying the full amount still they are asking for more money,no phone support,no one understands the issue, they are saying we have reduced **** from your trip just pay **** wheras I have already paid the whole trip amount
