Uber - Uber fare cheating

Uber is cheating the people in terms of fare. Initially while booking the cab, the charge was Rs ***. After drop they are suddenly increasing the fare to Rs *** without any reason. I want refund for this and also compensation Rs. ***** for cheating me.
