Aditya filed complaint against UBER on May 1, 2022
I had booked an auto ride to Huda City centre on *th Feb, ****. My payment option was selected as Cash payment. When ride ended, fare amount shown in the app was Rs. ** as shown in attachment. I was not having cash so I asked the driver for UPI payment to which he said, "Yes, you can scan QR code in auto and pay". So i paid him using Google pay Rs. ** to Avnish Kumar as shown in attachment. Now, Uber app showing me that payment has not been done even after I have paid the full fare.
I complained about this to Uber but they are not ready to understand the situation.
I request you to raise this complaint against Uber and stop such illegal activities they are doing with customers.
