Uber - Security and Payment Issues with Uber

I have my paytm wallet attached to Uber and one fine day Rs. *** got deducted on the name of Uber. On doing some investigation and raising an issue with uber I became aware that a month trip which was ~*** Rs was revised and additional money was deducted from my account. on raising this and talking through multiple converastions, uber accepted the issue but it took a month and they sent a message saying that they will refund me ~*** Rs including the compensation but nothing ever got credited in my account. Now I am following up and I am not getting entertained and given an excuse that the amount have been refunded from there side they are not providing me any references or transaction details or screenshot depicting the same so that if there is a real issue on the paytm side that can be talked to. On forcing Uber just gave a credit of Rs. *** in the uber wallet and nothing. Which is a total fraud and security threat as Uber has my paytm linked which inturn have my account.
This is a total security concern with no one taking the responsibility
This is not just one incident, I reported an issue with the driver's behavior on which uber proposed a compensation of ~Rs. ** which was supposed to get credited in my paytm wallet in *-* business days. When this *** never came i checked if that ** was also done and to no surprise even that ** was never refunded. These all incidents are now ~* months old uber saying since these are old incidents we can not entertain.
