There is already a recurring occurrence of cancellation from Uber drivers when I book the cab from the app. I would like to complain about the cancellation of the booking on September *th. We had pre-scheduled the cab the previous day of travel only to find out that the cab has been cancelled by the driver at last moment. We were to board an early morning train and could've risked losing the train.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
