• Ordered a Realme Mobile Phone on **th October ****.
• Order delivered on **st October ****
• Instead, new mobile phone received an old/used HTC phone.
• Called the Reliance Digital Customer Care immediately and spoke with Ms. Kushboo at **.** PM
• Registered the complaint and id PRO******* and sent the images and package opening video to the customer care through email as advised. (reliancedigital@ril.com)
• Email sent to reliancedigital@ril.com on **st October ****, **st October ****, *nd November ****, *th November ****
• No resolution from their side so escalated the complaint to next level and sent email to cshead.reliancedigital@ril.com on *th November ****, **th November ****
• No resolution from their side so escalated it to next level and sent email to bm.bade@ril.com on **th November **** and received a response on **nd saying “Unable to return or replacement of the phone”
• After providing all the evidence of missing new phone Reliance Digital didn’t consider and simply refused saying its packed and sealed properly from their end.
• Sent an email **th to bm.bade@ril.com to check with the delivery partner for the same.
• Sent a reminder on **th November **** and received a response on *st December **** and refused to initiate a return for the product.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
