I would like to submit an update regarding my complaint (Docket No. *******) against Reliance Digital.
Despite repeated follow-ups and escalation to their CEO Desk, there has been no proper response or resolution from the Opposite Party. It has now been more than ** days since the original complaint was raised (Service Order No. **********), and over * days since my last escalation email, but:
No technician has contacted me
No repair, replacement, or refund has been initiated
No meaningful response has been provided
The Opposite Party continues to give only generic assurances without taking any concrete action. This clearly reflects deficiency in service and lack of accountability.
I have clearly communicated to the Opposite Party that I am not willing to accept repair, as the refrigerator failed within one month of purchase due to PCB failure, which indicates a defective product. I have requested only:
Replacement of the defective product, OR
Full refund with return of the product
However, the Opposite Party has failed to act on these requests.

Their continued inaction and delay are causing me financial loss and mental harassment.
I request the Hon’ble Forum to take note of this behavior and direct the Opposite Party to provide immediate resolution along with appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
