RELIANCE DIGITAL - Deficiency in Service by Reliance Digital and Godrej Refrigerator Not Repaired Despite Warranty

Purchased Godrej Refrigerator from Reliance Digital. Appliance stopped working on April **, ****. Complaint lodged immediately (Complaint No: *********). Technician visited on Sunday and identified a faulty Electronic Board. Despite multiple follow-ups, the company sent an email on May ** stating the part will only be available by May **. A **-day delay for a necessary household appliance is unreasonable and a gross deficiency in service. I seek immediate repair, a standby unit, or a full refund with compensation for spoiled food items
