RD**EFBC***EF*AF****-**, RD**EFBA*E*EEA**F*E*-** Are the * orders placed for titan smart watch on online reliance digital store. Due to diwali offer was ongoing to additional fastrack earbuds to be delivered with order. I paid for the offer but i got only watch not the offer item therefore i requested for return with in * daya of delivery with the clear reason that earbud is not delivered. I got message that freebies can not be delivered due to technical reason neither we can compensate for it. There after i requested to take their order back and to refund my money. It has been * months chasing reliance digital over the phone-call, and emails but still the issue is pending.. their backend is working on it since last * months chasing reliance and it seems they have the plan to take forever.. i want my money back
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
