I had purchased an Samsung Air Conditioner on **th October from your Reliance Digital store at Esplanade Mall, Bhubaneswar.
It took * days to install the unit at my home. But today after installing the unit it was found that the air conditioner unithas NO GAS in the unit and the Error is clearly indicated in the indoor unit. The AC is not cooling at all.
After that, i immidiately asked the technician to replace the FAULTY machine but he denied and said that he cannot do anything about it. I reached the store to talk to the store manager and after telling him the problem he denied to replace the faulty/used machine and insisted on refilling the gas. He even quarelled with me to refill the gas on the FAULTY MACHINE AND HE REFUSED TO REPLACE IT WITH A NEW MACHINE.
Now, after a buying a brand new product from your esteemed store this is the service i get even when the machine is a faulty one or a used one. I even don't know if there is gas leakage problem at any part of the faulty machine. Who will give me assurance that, there will be no gas leakage problem in the future.
I have paid the full amount to buy a brand new air conditioner but i dont think i am getting the desired product.
