I ordered a Macbook air m* on ** July and ** July was delivery date but I hadn't got delivery and next day on ** th july it automatically got returned. And after that on same day i file a request to initiate the refund process but till now it's been * days and I haven't got my refund till now and not even my refund request is also not initiated. So please help me to get my refund as customer support also not solving the issue. they just telling me to wait and not giving any justifiable expanation. please help
