Atullya Nambiar filed complaint against UBER on Jan 11, 2020
Last ride taken was on **/**/** at *:** AM to Viman Nagar. I paid by card for this trip. The amount was Rs. ***.**.
After this when I am booking another ride the app tells me that the payment is outstanding. But the amount has been deducted from my account for the same. In spite of complaining twice using Uber App Help they haven't reverted back but instead cancelled the request.
