Hi all,
My mobile was stolen on **th september **** Friday by your Uber bike rider.
I have made several complaints to your desks email or portal but unfortunately nobody has contacted me yet.
I used my friend's mobile Uber account for complaint but Uber says since it's not my own account so I cannot complain.
I am using other mobile set and trying to login my Uber credentials but its asking for rest and other things.
I am totally confused and worried whats happening ?
I took twitter to share the issue but its even terrible because they just keep giving you assurance by writing their professional verbiage I also have asked them to call me on my mobile number at ********** but none of them has called me so far.
Uber is a global brand and has huge respect all over the globe. But Unfortunately I have never ever thought that the customer support is very poor totally opposite my expectations.
I am so disheartened by losing my phone and by the no responses of Uber on it.
I have an episode to elaborate if someone can please contact me on this.
If you are someone reading this matter I would expect you to escalate to someone who can resolve it and provide me the resolution.
I am Raman from Delhi and lose my Mobile as the Uner rider it self picked it up and flew away.
