RELIANCE DIGITAL - Playing around with package delivery

I had ordered a laptop from Reliance digital online on **th May ****, and while purchasing it mentioned the delivery date as to be delivered by **nd May ****, * PM. And on the day of the purchase they had even marked the item as shipped just after * hour of making the purchase. So usually when a item is shipped it generally comes with a AWB number which wasn’t tagged to it so I waited till **st, reached out several times to customer support to know why the AWB no was missing but to my surprise I was dealing with human robots who only had to read from one general script every single time. So on **nd I waited till the end of the day only to be notified that the order delivery date has been extended to **th now and upon reaching the customer support for escalation it was always the same script that they read out from.
I certainly do not want to have any sort of business dealing with Reliance digital from now on, I just want my money back which is stuck with them and I still don’t have the product delivered to me and nobody wants to pay for the mishaps caused by these so called e-commerce giants when they don’t have the basics of how to deal with their customers.
