RELIANCE DIGITAL - Defective Split AC

It is very unfortunate and disgusting to state that the services of such a giant group “Reliance” is very unreliable.

We have purchased an Air Conditioner from Reliance Digital Store ( Windsor Square no ***,Ground & First Floor, Kolar Road ,Sarvdharm colony, Bhopal,Madhya Pradesh-****** dated **/**/****.

Since we bought that AC in our home, it’s continuously making weird noises which is totally unacceptable to us as we have invested Rs **k in it and in return this is what we’ve got, and just for the kind acknowledgment, we have informed about the said issue immediately to Reliance.
They sent their engineers multiple time but problem didn’t got solved. Their engineers also couldn’t also able to identify the issue behind that noise . The issue we are facing is a manufacturing defect and Panasonic people has also raised their hands that they won’t be able to get it replaced.

It’s been more than a month that we are chasing reliance people (particularly - Mr Abhijeet Ph: ********** & Mr Amit Ph: **********) to get it replaced.

Umpteen number of phone calls and follow ups has been made , along with sheer wastage of our time and the mental harassment we faced but nothing has been materialised yet. And therefore we are forced to escalate the matter to the higher/ highest authorities of Reliance & Panasonic.

Those Reliance people installed - uninstalled our newly bought AC multiple time.We haven’t expected this kinda service from reliance.

Highly disgusting company Reliance Digital is. They are looting people’s money and this is how they have become the Asia’s richest peoples. They should change their name from “Reliance” to “UN-RELIANCE”. How could we rely on reliance after getting this pathetic service and sheer drainage of money.
