Uber charged me twice for a cash trip. It did not just happen once but twice. The first time it happened, they refunded the amount back but the second time, instead of delving into the matter, they blamed me for having this problem twice and made it look like I was trying to charge them or rip them off or take some free money. People from middle class families cannot pah *** every time. And then they ended the conversation saying noted. I want my refund.
