I just took a ride from my workplace to the airport and was charged extremely high. If the charges are high due to a reason that is a different case but the thing is I was shown the amount of *** INR but when the trip ended I was charged about *** something. Why is that so? To top it all I just bought a uber pass before the trip ended. I was under impression that I will get a rebate of **% on *** but this is really annoying the way uber is working. This is highly unethical and I see it as a robbery.
Request you to please resolve and escalate it to the concerned department.
