I had placed an order from Nykaa fashion on **th September worth rupees ****. ORDER ID
NYK-********-*******. On the same day of delivery I had initiated the replacement request which was later rejected without any reasons mentioned. I have reached out the team through chat, calls and mails but to no avail. Today after almost * weeks I have been told on call ( follow up call from my side) that the return window has been closed and nothing can be done.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
