Nykaa Fashion - Refund not arrived

I ordered a Campus shoe from Nykaa Fashion on **th August but immediately canceled the order due to a missing offer, as advised by customer service. They informed me that the refund had been initiated from their end and would reflect in *–* business days.

However, it has now been almost a month, and no refund has been received. I have already shared my bank statements multiple times, but each time I am only asked to wait without any resolution. My bank has also confirmed that no such transaction has been initiated.

This ongoing delay and lack of proper support is very disappointing. I request immediate resolution of my refund.
