The item was supposed to be delivered by **th September. Complaint has been raised but they keep shifting the delivery date. The last status update of the parcel was on **th September. The order is not being cancelled as the item has been shipped.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
