There has been no pickup done for both my orders its been more than * days now, today on **/**/**** im writing this. Shadowfax delivery agency of nykaa is delaying the pickup without any attempts or calling. Nykaa can reach out to my house without any calls while delivering the order but are delaying so much while picking up. Please provide solution on this.
