Nykaa Fashion - They did not return my package by claiming failed quality checkup

I received the product on **th September and checked the size and saw it was too small for me, and I immediately requested for a return within * hours of receiving the product. When the delivery executive came for pickup he said that the product failed quality check because there was a tag missing which wasn't there when I had received the product. For the past * days I've been sending emails and calling nykaa customer care and instead of giving an actual solution they're just doing the same thing over and over again and not taking the product back neither are they refunding my amount
