Livpure - Worst and pathetic service from livpure

Whomsoever it may concern:
I have more than a *-year-old machine installed at home. Once after the warranty, I have taken the AMC by paying **** INR. Unfortunately, the parts of Livpure use in the AMC are the hopeless, defective and non-reliable. In the last * months, * times the machine has failed to work. The service team in Bangalore Whitefield zone is so pathetic. They don't respond to the calls and they block the customer numbers. I have been facing this issue from last * months and now I am repenting why did I buy the Livpure.
Because of the wrong parts, defective parts and hopeless service, I would like to raise the cc complaint against the Livpure. Js*********** is the recent complaint raised if you want to trace some details. Once again, mentioning very pathetic and hopeless service from Livpure. I am not going to leave this issue here.
