Livpure - Cooler wheel issue

The wheel of the brand new cooler came out on second day itself. After that reach out to customer service *** times but they are not taking any action. Provide area manager number called her *** times but she also ignores the problem.worst customer service for the branded company. Its been * months now and issue still exist and no response from them
