Livpure - LivPure Unresolve issue since 30Aug2024

Complaint registered on **-Aug-** and no one has called or visited to fix the issue. I have purchased * year service for any kind of RO related issue but every time, I have to follow up with them to resolve my RO issue. This time, I registered my complaint on **-Aug, I waited till *st Sept and after that I am trying to follow-up with them in daily basis and they just say, we will look into this and doing nothing. Even I purchased the service, still i have to purchase water from outside since **-Aug and wasting my * hour approx. with them in daily basis. Can someone please look into this in priority else refund my all amount which I spent to purchase the service.
