Livpure - Pickup was requested on 6 august 2025 but even after 22 august 2025 no pickup has been done

Livepure rental was taken by us, now on lodging a return of same they are compelling us to buyback from them. Despite telling them that we have bought one no one is coming to pick up.
Everytime customer care says pickup will be done in next **hours but nothing happening.
The worst service they are providing
